After-sales service of equipment
Damage caused by equipment quality problems can be repaired and parts replacement free of charge. If the damage caused by human operation error and force majeure is not included in the free warranty. The free warranty will automatically lapse
if: 1.The equipment is damaged due to abnormal use without following the instructions.
2.Damage caused by misoperation, accident, handling, heat or negligence by water, fire or liquid .
3.Damage caused by incorrect or unauthorized commissioning, repair and modification or adjustment.

Machine repair and maintenance services
A.Ensure long-term supply of all kinds of machine accessories and consumables.The Buyer need pay for the freight fee
B.Seller will be responsible for lifelong maintenance. If there is any problem with the machine, communicate with the customer through modern communication guidance
C.If the supplier needs to go abroad for installation and commissioning training and follow-up after-sales service, the demander shall be responsible for the travel expenses of the supplier, including visa fees, round-trip international air tickets, accommodation and meals abroad and travel subsidies (100USD per person per day).
D.Free warranty for 12 months, any quality problems occurred during the warranty period, the supplier free guidance to repair or replace parts to the demander, outside the warranty period, the supplier promises to provide preferential prices for spare parts and services.
