How to brew a cup of delicious drip coffee?

1. When boiling the drip coffee filter bag, try to choose a higher cup, so that the bottom of the ear bag is not soaked in coffee;

2. The boiling water temperature can be between 85-92 degrees according to different coffee and personal taste;

3. If the coffee is medium and light roasted, first add a small amount of water and steam it for 30s to exhaust;

4. Pay attention to mixing and extraction.

Another tips:

1. Control water volume: It is recommended to brew 10g of coffee with 200cc of water. The flavor of a cup of coffee is the most attractive. If the water volume is too much, it will easily lead to coffee tasteless and become a bad coffee.

2. Control the water temperature: the optimum temperature for brewing the drip filter coffee is about 90 degrees, and direct use of boiling water will cause the coffee to be burnt and bitter.

3. Control process: proper steaming will make the coffee taste better. The so-called "steaming" is to inject about 20ml of hot water to wet all the coffee powder, stop for a while (10-15 seconds), and then gently inject water until the appropriate amount of water.
