2.Do not wipe the sealing surface with a damp cloth.
3.If the gasket of Tabletop Impulse Heat Sealer under the ribbon heater is damaged, it will cause short circuit and damage the ribbon heater Therefore, every time the ribbon heater is replaced, the gasket shall be intact. If it is damaged, it shall be replaced immediately.When the ribbon heater must be replaced every time, the gasket shall be intact. If it is damaged, replace it with a new one immediately.
4. Manual heat sealing machine does not use power switch (automatic control). Insert the AC power cord into the socket, and adjust the heating time according to the thickness of the sealing material. Put the packaging bag on the sealing surface, and then press the handle, the circuit will automatically control the heating time. When the indicator is off, the power supply will be automatically cut off for 1-2 seconds, and then release the handle to complete the sealing.If the plastic bag is stuck to the silicone tape, the cooling time is not enough. The cooling time after the indicator light is off must be extended. Please release the handle a little later。
It is worth mentioning that the sealing machine does not use power without sealing.
